Uba Osigwe, Kelechi.

Kelechi graduated from the faculty of law, Abia State University and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1998. He holds a Masters degree in Computer and Communications law from the Centre for Commercial Law Studies, Queen Mary College, University of London, as well as a Diploma in Web Design from the London City Institute. His legal experience spans oil and gas, banking, corporate governance, telecommunications and IT.

His work experience commenced with internship with an arm of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporations - NAPIMS. He subsequently engaged in commercial practice with the top Lagos city firm Perchstone & Greays. Thereafter Kelechi served as legal manager with United Geophysical Nigeria Unlimited, a seismic company with footprints all over the delta region of Nigeria. Until recently he was a member of the Company Secretariat of United Bank for Africa Plc. With a remit that included legal overview of pre and post incorporation documentation for all Africa subsidiaries of the Bank, corporate governance, intellectual property as well as acting as company secretary to various country subsidiaries across Africa. An astute businessman, Kelechi seats on the board of companies with interests as diverse as wholesale trading, oil and gas, IT, hospitality and entertainment.

Tochukwu Kemakolam

TOCHUKWU KEMAKOLAM holds a Masters degree in Business Administration (Finance) from Aston Business School, Birmingham, United Kingdom. He also has a law degree from the University of Nigeria and has been called to the Nigerian Bar. He is a member of the Chartered Management Institute UK. Mr Kemakolam holds a certification in Strategic Management from Kessington University, USA, and a certificate in management from Cranfield Business School, Bedford. He participated in an exchange programme with the Groupe ESC Rouen, France. He has extensive research interests in Efficient Market Hypothesis, Pecking Order Hypothesis, Corporate Governance and the Doctrine of Locus Standi. He is also an alumnus of the Lagos Business School (SMP 34). He did his internship in the law firm of Ajumogobia & Okeke, and had a brief stint in the law firm of Osarentin Giwa-Osagie & Co before joining FutureView Financial Services Limited.
